How long does it take to build?

Allow one hour. The guide gives the order of the layers: clay balls, activated charcoal, soil, then the plants and the moss.

Do the plants arrive alive in winter?

Yes. They travel in a moist bag, with insulation and a heat pack depending on the season. In very cold weather, we delay shipping and let you know by email.

Is the LED in the cork enough for the plants?

No. It shows off the terrarium in the evening, it does not replace daylight. Place it in a bright room, out of direct sun.

Does a closed terrarium need watering?

Very little. It recycles its water: one or two waterings a year are enough. If the glass stays misted all the time, open it for a day.

What if a plant arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 24 h: we send the plant again or refund you.
