FAQ
Questions
Is a terrarium hard to keep alive?
A closed terrarium is one of the easiest living gifts: bright light without direct sun, and almost no water. The water circulates in a closed loop inside the jar.
Is the kit ready to give?
The kit arrives ready to build: bottle, live plants, moss and filling, with the guide. Building it takes about half an hour, and that is part of the gift.
When will my parcel arrive?
Kits and live plants: 2 to 9 working days. Plants ship Monday to Wednesday so they travel on weekdays. Prisme kits: 7 to 14 working days, as the glass is made to order. The parcel ships from the Netherlands, with tracking.
What if a plant arrives damaged?
Send a photo within 24 hours to bonjour@small-eden.bio and we will send a new plant.
