FAQ
Before you choose a Prisme terrarium.
What is a geometric terrarium?
A terrarium made of flat glass panels, joined into facets. Those in the Prisme Collection are closed: a glass panel with a knob serves as the door.
Where are Prisme terrariums made?
In Europe. Each glass piece is assembled by hand, to order.
How long before my order ships?
The kit is made to order: it ships within 1 to 2 weeks. The parcel is then tracked all the way to your door.
What is in a Prisme kit?
The glass, the live plants, the moss, the soil and the assembly guide. Each kit comes in three versions: the second adds the tools, the third a decoration.
Which plants suit a closed geometric terrarium?
Plants that like humidity: fittonias, ferns, mosses, small palms. No cacti or succulents: under closed glass, they rot.
How do you care for a closed terrarium?
Very little water, and bright light with no direct sun. If mist covers all the glass, open the door for a few hours.
Is the Prisme Collection always available?
The supplier makes only a few at a time. A sold-out kit is removed from the page, so anything shown can be ordered.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs €12.90, and it is free from €69. Delivery is charged once, on the whole basket.
