Specifications
An open terrarium is never sealed: the cork sits loosely with no airtight seal, air circulates, and the plants stay within reach at any time for watering or trimming. It is a build that asks for a little more upkeep than a closed jar, in exchange for direct access to the plants.

The build
The kit arrives flat. The layers go in order — clay pebbles, activated charcoal, potting soil — then the bonsai, the fittonia and the moss. The illustrated guide walks you through the five steps.
Care
Unlike a closed terrarium, this one needs a little regular watering: keep the potting soil lightly moist, without soaking it. If the moss dries out and loses its colour, take it out, soak it briefly in water, then put it back.
Live plants
The plants leave the grower and travel in an insulated parcel. Open the box on the day of delivery and build the terrarium within 48 hours. If a plant arrives damaged, send us a photo: we replace it.
