Specifications
This potting soil is formulated for plant terrariums or closed bottles. It stays airy, holds just enough moisture and doesn't compact: the roots breathe, even in a closed jar.

Why this potting soil

How to use it
- First lay a layer of clay pebbles or lava rock at the bottom
- Add a thin layer of activated charcoal
- Spread 4 to 8 cm of potting soil depending on the height of the container
- Plant, gently firm down the soil, water a little and close
Good to know
Keep the bag dry and well closed: the potting soil stays airy for longer.

The supplier doesn't state this for the 5 L format, unlike the 0.75 L bag which lists an organic fertiliser. Plan to add fertiliser after a few months if needed.
How many terrariums does a 5 litre bag fill?
It depends on the size of the containers: count on 4 to 8 cm of soil height per terrarium. A 5 litre bag fills several bottles of common size, or tops up a large model.
