Unfortunately a screw is missing “I really like the terrarium and the plants. Unfortunately I can't use the lid with the lighting. The screw for the battery compartment is missing so it opens up and the batteries fall into the terrarium. My request for a screw went unanswered.”

Poor Calathea “The package arrived correctly, but with a hole on one side, which fortunately did not damage the contents. What damaged the Calathea were the 4 days in storage without water or light (the courier delayed the delivery to the pickup point, and since it included the weekend, I was only able to pick everything up on Tuesday). I have only put the two Fittonias in the terrarium, and I am trying to save the Calathea, which I will add later if it recovers. Overall, everything went well, but I would advise against offering the Calathea as a plant to be shipped due to its fragility since courier times can sometimes be uncertain. Additionally, I suggest including the size of the destination terrarium for each kit. I only realized after opening it that the quantity might have been too much, and for my bottle, a kit with just 2 plants would have been sufficient.”
