Questions
Do I need a code?
No. The discount is applied automatically in your cart once the amount is reached. It cannot be combined with a discount code: the checkout keeps the better of the two.
Can the terrarium travel in winter?
The plants travel in an insulated parcel, Monday to Wednesday. Open the parcel on the day it arrives, and build the terrarium within 48 hours.
When will my parcel arrive?
Kits and live plants: 2 to 9 working days. Plants ship Monday to Wednesday so they travel on weekdays. Prisme kits: 7 to 14 working days, as the glass is made to order. The parcel ships from the Netherlands, with tracking.
What if a plant arrives damaged?
Send a photo within 24 hours to bonjour@small-eden.bio and we will send a new plant.
